We are now in Week 2 of state testing for our students in grades 3–5, and we are so proud of the focus, effort, and determination they’ve shown so far!

As we continue with the Illinois Assessment of Readiness (IAR) and the Illinois Science Assessment (ISA for 5th grade), we want to remind families of the critical importance of daily attendance and on-time arrival. Every minute matters—being present and ready at the start of the day helps students stay calm, confident, and prepared to do their very best.

Please help set your child up for success by:

• Making sure they get plenty of rest each night
• Arriving at school on time each morning
• Encouraging a positive mindset and celebrating their hard work
